Hamp II Canal Fish Screen

2017 Web Site Slides - Hamp II

The Hamp II canal diverts water from the Green River on the Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge in Western Wyoming. The canal water helps support wetlands on the refuge, as well as providing irrigation water for agricultural users downstream. Entrainment studies have documented significant fish losses in the canal. OneFish designed and oversaw construction of a fish screen to prevent entrainment.
